The Bean People® began in 1988 in Cape Town, South Africa. Despite our growth, all products are still hand made to create employment in our wonderful country.
The Bean People® provide employment to over 90 woman from an underprivileged community, Masiphumelele, near Cape Town and is the founding sponsor for the Bhongolethu Foundation.
