The Natural Mystique brand specializes in producing and promoting the Heritage ‘silver wire bracelets’ popularly known as ‘Venda bracelets. The bracelets are handmade in Limpopo province by rural crafters using indigenous craft techniques.

The bracelets were for years also produced in Copper and bronze. To date, the copper and bronze wire is inaccessible. To expand the colour range, the Natural Mystique team introduced the colorful wire bracelets made with ‘Scoobie wire’

We also added   a range of black rubber bracelets with hints of silver wire to compliment the silver ‘Venda’ bracelets

Our earrings and necklace range includes a selection of handmade contemporary earrings and necklaces made from Scoobie wire and from rubber.

The earrings and necklace range is hand produced by a team of youth who were previously unemployed.

The Heritage wire bracelets are popularly known as ‘Venda bracelets’, however they are worn by other cultural groups in Limpopo as part of their vibrant traditional attire. In the olden days, the bracelets were given as bridal gifts by the bridegroom to the groom. 

Today the bracelets are popularly worn as a contemporary accessory across cultural groups.

 Natural mystique creative is promoting the bracelets as a way of preserving the traditional craft technique which are now rare, and as a way to celebrate the vibrant culture of Limpopo cultural groups.
