At Harck and Heart we manufactures moreishly delicious hand-crafted German gingerbread biscuits (Lebkuchen). These are created from our secret family recipe, baked since 1963. We only use the highest quality ingredients, free-range eggs, real butter and we do not add preservatives. Our biscuits are produced in small batches, individually hand cut, decorated and beautifully packaged and presented.

We have created a unique range for each special occasion within the year. Our versatile Core Range is available to order all year round, with our occasion ranges available within specific time periods. This ever changing offering keeps customers engaged and excited. Our biscuits are ideal as a thoughtful gift but most definitely are also enjoyed as an everyday treat.
