Wildebraam produces a delicious range of farm made jams and preserves - preservative free. Based in Swellendam, all fruit is sourced within a 50km radius and cooking batches are small, ensuring rich flavours and extra choice grade. Green Fig Preserve, ripe fig, chilli and youngberry jam remain the firm favourites, whilst the more adventurous palettes love tomato peppadew, orange curls and sweet pepper jams for cheese platters. With over 21 jams and preserves to choose from, there is something for everybody.

Firm favourites are also the range of chilli relishes, pickles and chutneys. From the fiery Lord of the Ring and Ring of Fire to the medium Chilli Chilli Bang Bang to the mild Jalapeno Relish, there is a chilli relish for the brave and timid alike. Wildebraam’s pickles are crispy and freshly bottled in season. Popular lines are the Jalapenos, Sweet Marguerites (peppadews), Pickled Onions, Pickled Peppers and Kalamata Olives.

Mango Chutney is another winner – sweet, with a contrasting hint of chilli. Peach Atchar is amazing with Bobotie and a lamb chop while the Sundried Tomato Mustard is stunning on a snack platter with cocktail sausages.
