Fact presents a range of limited edition, upmarket hand bags, cushions, selected kitchenware, directors chairs, lamps,  glass mirror drinks trays, coasters and cards. This unique selection of products are made up with carefully chosen images, photographed by myself, of scenes depicting Southern Africa.  Each year we introduce new images and new products to our unique range. This year I have chose "black, grey and white".   I have carefully selected images that i have taken and grouped them together using a common monochrome theme.

I’d like to think that FACT Designs is just coming out of its infancy.  Six years ago, it was just me and my camera.  With little access to any other equipment, I had to outsource the rest of the production process.   Fortunately, the business has come a long way since then.

Today I have a printing studio where I print my designs and the FACT production section has just moved to a new location where these designs are hand-crafted into the products you see on the shelves.   I also have a tiny retail outlet in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

Five years from now, I hope to see FACT DESIGNS occupying a sturdy niche in the South African tourism industry, supplying unique products of exceptional quality to shops and lodges throughout the region

I believe that I am achieving what I set out to do; establishing an honest production process which benefits those involved in it and creating a space for myself to share my artistic expression in a unique way which portrays only the good my country has on offer.
