Through our innovative range, ZuluGal Retro facilitates preservation of our cultural heritage, fosters economic sustainability while creating positive environment impact. Income generated from sales of handmade products creates job opportunities for unemployed youth and socio-economically marginalized creatives residing in rural and township communities in KwaZulu Natal.

ZuluGal Retro is driven by the belief that the arts sector has potential to significantly contribute towards economic empowerment of vulnerable groups. We fulfill this commitment through facilitation of community art development initiatives, creation of our high-quality handmade art products and sales of our range at local and international market platforms.
