Lil Boh Peeps is a small mother-daughter owned business. It was born from a dream of mom, Colleen who’s hobby and passion is creating and sewing very pretty things. She always spoke of creating a clothing line for babies and toddlers. They started out with their gorgeous creations from vintage patterns, that belonged to Colleen’s mom and were worn by Colleen and Sarah themselves as babies. They started exhibiting at bespoke baby markets in and around Johannesburg and Pretoria. The response and appreciation from moms for handmade pretties exceeded expectation, growing the brand across South Africa. When Sarah’s daughter, Rebekah was born in 2017 she became a new inspiration and helped them make decisions from a mom and granny customer’s point of view. To date, they are a well known brand among moms of South Africa, and are sought after at Baby markets. They are also seen in six different shops world wide (yes! A beautiful and quaint shop in Australia stocks Lil Boh Peeps too!)
