Bili Beadwear handcrafts removable bra straps.
While acknowledging South Africa's rich heritage and with a nod to women's love of wearing beads through the ages, the straps are a 'worn to be seen' form of artful adornment. The straps are designed to replace standard bra straps with an unique + innovative solution, a kaleidescope of colour + a comfortable alternative.
The Role of Bra Straps
The major support comes from the bra corset. A well designed cup offers shape + support while the primary function of a bra strap is to hold these elements in position. Our straps do this aesthetically + comfortably as they are elasticised.
Bili removable bra straps enable customers to get much more wear from her multi-way bra and accessorise in a truly African style:
Comfort – each bead is wonderfully woven onto elastic enabling stretch + comfort
Bili Beadwear straps appeal mainly to modern contemporary women between ages 15-55 years. These women revere South Africa's diverse culture and heritage and seek to improve the lives of those around them and to build towards the bright future of South Africa. They are well informed with an appreciation towards the arts and culture, aesthetics and good communication. Value is derived for these women by knowing that they support African fashion that is true to our country’s heritage and empowers the disadvantaged women in our land.
Our customers form an important part of our colourful ‘weave’.
