Become a SARCDA Trade Buyer

Registration Procedure FAQ's

Any individual retail buyer working in the the Gift, Toy Décor & Design industries can register as a SARCDA Buyer provided that he/she can supply their company VAT document and/or Company registration document for inspection and verification
Buyers can either pre-apply online or can apply to register at the show

Pre-registering online
  • Trade buyers should apply to register online via the SARCDA website, which will open mid-May 2017.
  • Have digital copies or your company documents (VAT and company registration document) onhand as these have to be uploaded for verification
  • Once you have applied and submitted your company documents, the SARCDA team will verify your documents. This may take up to 10 days
  • If your application is successful, you will receive email notification with a bar code document
  • Print the bar-coded document out and bring it to the exhibition, with your once-off entrance fee of R100.00 to gain access.


Registering at the show
  • Bring hard copies or your company documents (VAT and company registration document) with you as these have to be verified before you gain acess to the show
  • You will need to pay a once-off registration fee of R150.00 to gain access.
For a first-time Buyer to SARCDA, a once off registration fee of R 100.00 will apply when visiting the exhibition for the first time if you register online.
R150.00 will be payable should you not pre-register and need to register at the exhibition.

The entrance fee is for one person (the registered person) for the duration of the show. i.e you can attend all four days of the show.

PLEASE NOTE: This registration is for a single entry (for the person completing this form)
You will be denied access into the exhibition should you not provide proof of company registration and/or VAT registration documents.
Registration is per Buyer not per Company and each new buyer must register online or at th show and pay a once off pre-registration fee.
You will need some proof of you working for or having a bona fide company. A Company registration document, a letter from your accountant, a bank statement in the company name or some proof will be required.
